Thank you for making suggestions here. We are managing an organic haymilk farm in Baden Württemberg. The holding has only grassland and the dairy industry attached to it. We are very unfortunate with the grazing requirement that organic farming in Germany must fulfil. While we can fulfil the grazing obligation, we are clearly at risk of animal welfare.

In principle, I am also of the opinion that the same rules should apply to organic farms worldwide. In my view, this is not the case now! Compared to other Länder, Germany again implements 150 % of the requirements for organic farms. For 28 years, we have managed our farm in accordance with the Demeter guidelines and would like to continue to do so.

The rewetting of the above-mentioned soils renders my property meaningless. This cannot be accepted. I call for a limit to raised bog areas. Moorgley and Organomarsch needed to be adopted by the Regulation. I have a dairy farm and these areas serve as a feed basis for my cows. If I can no longer farm this land, how should I feed my animals. Who compensates me for this.
