JSW SA. welcomes the initiative of the European Commission to create a legal framework that guarantees favorable conditions for the development of the critical raw materials value chain in the European Union. Ensuring safe and sustainable access to raw materials of our domestic production is crucial for the success of EUs green and digital transition and the achievement of climate goals.
The JSW Group, the largest producer of coking coal in the European Union and one of the leading producers of coke used in steelmaking, welcomes the opportunity to contribute to the review of the EU ETS framework post-2030.
