No need for legislation on airline bankruptcy: Existing mechanisms to mitigate the risks associated with airline bankruptcy are effective: There are mechanisms, protections and voluntary agreements in place today that adequately cover the repatriation of passengers when airlines become insolvent without the need for legislation.

We welcome the opportunity to comment on the fitness check of EU airport legislation carried out by the European Commission.
