Women in research, innovation and startups face specific challenges an hardships, mostly in how to deal and compatibilise the multiple activities require of them but also in terms of howe their leadership skills are recognised and valued. For the first part, it would be necessary that the EU clarifies what the status of investigator or entrepreneurs should look like vis a vis their national institutions.
