This proposal has been prepared by Foro Cientifico para la Pesca Española en El Mediterráneo. It is a summary of aspects of the MAP and of the decision-making process that we believe are in need of review. A. Mandatory focus on MVS: it generates a choking effect because a multispecific fishery is managed as single stock, which can change yearly depending on the assessment outputs.
