I run a small Portuguese brand of personalised products, based in the Azores, operating on a made-to-order basis. We hold no stock. Each order is produced and dispatched by production partners located in different Member States and reaches the customer in a simple cardboard or paper mailer. The draft leaves genuine practical questions unanswered for this model.
