We appreciate and support this initiative as an important means of clarifying the existing implementation questions and contributing to a consistent and effective application of the CRA.
Giesecke+Devrient welcomes the European Commission's initiatives in the area of quantum. Quantum technologies will redefine cybersecurity. In this context, we believe post-quantum cryptography (PQC) should be treated as a strategic priority. With the potential emergence of cryptographically relevant quantum computers in the early 2030s, the security of all digital transactions will be impacted.
