The Geo-blocking Regulation provides that retailers selling goods and services will not be able to discriminate between consumers in terms of access conditions (including price) depending on their country of origin. It excludes copyright-based content, such as e-book, and its application must respect single book pricing regimes. Of course, publishers’ interest is the widest distribution of their e-books.
