Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 639 consultation files tracked so far (53,766 submissions, mostly 2021–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

Who they are

Among the 1068 non-governmental organisations on this site, they rank #422 by legislative files engaged — a count of participation, not a measure of influence.

What they argued

Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanismfiled 18 Nov 2021PDFsource

Urban wastewater treatment. Recastfiled 14 Mar 2023source

The producer responsibility included in the draft must be significantly extended and more actors required. It is not clear why manufacturers of industrial chemicals should not make their contribution to the purification of waste water, as these chemicals also explicitly also, as a result of their persistence, usually have a negative impact on waste water and therefore on humans and the environment.

Evaluation of the Biocidal Products Regulationfiled 5 Mar 2026source

Biocidal products are designed to kill or limit pests and unwanted microorganisms, meaning their function inherently involves harming living organisms. Although we recognise the benefits for public health and the protection of materials, their release into the environment and the resulting exposure of non-target organisms - including humans - cannot be fully avoided.
