Fincantieri is one of the worlds largest shipbuilding groups. We would like to share some reflections on the need to harmonise the application criteria of the DNSH principle. Inconsistent interpretation of DNSH principles across Member States risks creating unequal treatment and may undermine the effectiveness of financial instruments.
