Film and Music Austria (FAMA) represents over 7000 companies in Austria with around 20.000 workers. The exemption for audiovisual services in the Geo-blocking Regulation is essential for the industry and must be maintained: Failure to do so would have extremely harmful consequences for the European audiovisual sector as a whole, for Europe’s cultural diversity and for the well-being of consumers.
