What they argued

Amending certain production, labelling and certification rules and certain rules on trade with third countriesfiled 16 Mar 2026source

Hello, I am a producer in the eggs and poultry sector and I would like to congratulate the Committee on the abolition of the 48-hour withdrawal period in the event of allopathic treatment at zero time. It is very unfortunate that there is no proposal on organic food, and in particular the 100 % increase, which has a terrible impact on the welfare of hens and their egg productivity.

Amending certain production, labelling and certification rules and certain rules on trade with third countriesfiled 17 Nov 2025source

I have been an organic producer since 1994 on a farm with dairy cows, poultry and a processing and direct sales plant. 5 people are working on these 140 ha and this is the first time that the entry into force of a new regulation is so disruptive that my children who need to follow up raise a lot of questions about the future of organic farming on the farm... I have several issues that seriously question us.
