We believe that the revision of the Late Payment Directive is a good initiative since we consider that there are some deficiencies in it that should be corrected: Establish a homogeneous and reliable method for calculating the Average Payment Period. Follow-up and surveillance of compliance must be carried out in the most sensitive and critical sectors such as the health sector.
