Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 655 consultation files tracked so far (56,999 submissions, mostly 2021–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.
Who they are

We reiterate the need for a revision of the SFDR Regulation in order to simplify the information requirements and overcome the current difficulties of interpretation and application. This is all the more urgent today to ensure consistency with initiatives aimed at simplifying corporate sustainability reporting and with the strategic objectives of the Savings and Investments Union.

We welcome the Commissions intention to propose a regime allowing for a clearer identification of SNCI within the regulatory framework, irrespective of their legal and organisational structure. We also stress that, if properly understood, proportionality should be implemented taking into account business models serving the real economy, with a view to supporting broad-based and inclusive European growth.

Organizations that also filed on at least two of the same consultations. A shared interest in the same dossiers, not evidence of coordination, and we do not suggest any.
Everything on this page comes from FEDERCASSE’s own submissions to the European Commission. We have added nothing and interpreted nothing.
