The Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs (FPP) welcomes the European Commissions initiative to establish a European Biotech Act. FPP supports the overall direction of the proposal, but recommends that the final Act cover the full biotechnology value chain: from R&D, manufacturing and clinical trials to clinical deployment, post-authorisation evidence generation, HTA and patient access.
