The European Rental Association (ERA) welcomes the opportunity to provide feedback on the EU public procurement rules revision. ERA is calling the European Commission to formally recognise the equipment rental within revised EU Public Procurement rules to better support circular economy objectives.
ERA welcomes the European Commissions Call for Evidence for the forthcoming Construction Services Act and fully supports the initiatives objective to improve the free movement of construction and installation services within the Single Market.
