Attached is ELFAs Position Paper on the Digital Networks Act (DNA). As the European voice of independent connectivity providers, representing 16 national associations and more than 1,200 operators, ELFA supports a regulatory framework that promotes both investment and effective competition.
As the collective voice for alternative fiber operators throughout Europe, ELFA's network as an umbrella trade association represents indirect over 800 operators, including those in the UK and Norway. While many aligned members will submit their own responses, this letter reflects key shared insights from our broad base.
