The EuCER Council welcomes the European Commissions evaluation and possible revision of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 on market surveillance and product compliance, considering it a timely initiative in light of the growth of e-commerce, increasingly complex supply chains and the persistent presence of non-compliant products in the EU Single Market.
