The farmer must issue the same data repeatedly. It would be much more reasonable if the EU collected data from agencies to which the farmer has already provided data. Many data are available from the statistical office, the tax office, the organization that performs inspections. At the EU level, it should be made clear which agencies collect which data and in the future directly ask them for input.
