In the Netherlands, various financing options support energy-efficient renovations, especially during property transactions. Key frameworks such as the Energy-Saving Budget (EBB), Energy-Saving Measures (EBV), specialised mortgage products, and government subsidies facilitate access to financing aimed at improving Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings, promoting energy efficiency upgrades.
