Ecolab welcomes the Commissions intention to accelerate digitalisation across the water sector. The Digital Action Plan should be designed as an operational enabler of the European Water Resilience Strategy: not only a plan for more data, but a framework that converts data into measurable reductions in water risk, water withdrawals, energy use, emissions and operating costs.
