Regarding Hydrocarbons, I feel that Real Alternatives Certification for handling Flammable refrigerants should be specifically recognized under this regulation as it is already the accepted certification across many EU countries and already includes both a practical and theory assessment, Why re invent the wheel ?

Re: Article 7 - certificates for Legal Persons (Company Certification) It is important that this certification is standardized across the EU in order to allow for mutual recognition in all EU states. Individual states or certifying bodies must not add or subtract from the certificate. This has and will continue to cause problems for companies across the member states.
