The DAV sees a practical need for a uniform legal form across Europe to facilitate the cross-border establishment and operation of companies and to strengthen the European internal market. The German Bar Association (DAV) welcomes the revision of the EU Public Procurement Directives and, in this context, advocates a simplification of public procurement law as well as a strengthening of the procurement autonomy of contracting authorities. Furthermore, the DAV supports the introduction of a standardised access system to digital procurement platforms.
