- Permitting bottlenecks needs to be solved by including fast-tracking for projects that have co-benefits for the energy system. - Prioritize European technology in funding and other incentive schemes to boost demand - Energy efficiency and electrification is the main leveller for a competitive decarbonization. Energy intensity of products should be included in low-carbon labelling.
The F-Gas Regulation is one of the most successful measures to directly reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Danfoss welcomes the opportunity to further finetune it, building on the success of the past years and adapting it to changing circumstances and requirements.
We are a larger company, with a relatively complete IT environment, we need reasonable time to implement the new Customs Codex. It has been very difficult to get any concrete information about the data and formats in which to communicate, which does not provide us with the best conditions to reach an outward and test of the new system.

We appreciate the aim to strengthen the role of consumers in the green transition. We encourage policy makers to be aware that there are major differences between the consumer market and the professional (industry) market. When applying new rules, be careful not to impose requirements to the professional market that are not suitable for this sector. For both sectors, clear rules provide for a level playing field.
