cylib welcomes the IAA as a necessary step towards a more targeted and more strongly conditional industrial policy. However, successful industrial policy requires well-calibrated instruments. We support the objective of linking public funding to Union origin criteria and anchoring FDI-related conditions.

Their record over time
cylib GmbH filed 2 positions between 24 May 2024 and 17 Jun 2026, across 2 of the 326 legislative files tracked here, attaching a full position paper 1 time.
What they argued
Yesterday, as a battery recycler, we will source green electricity from a PV system that we do not operate ourselves. Therefore, in our opinion, the purchase of electricity from other renewable sources should also be taken into account in the CO2 footprint calculation. Only the energy mix of the country is not incentivising green electricity initiatives with other partners. Yours sincerely, [name removed]
