Climate Group EV100 welcomes the European Commissions upcoming legislation to accelerate the uptake of zero-emission vehicles in corporate fleets. While road transport electrification is progressing, market-driven transition is still too slow to meet EU climate goals.

We support efforts to improve transparency, accountability and environmental integrity in data centre electricity sourcing. In particular, we support the move towards more granular temporal matching of electricity consumption with carbon free generation, as an important step towards enabling data centres to operate on carbon free electricity at all times.
