Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 326 consultation files tracked so far (29,503 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

What they argued

The European Ocean Actfiled 9 Feb 2026source

From the experience gained through several European projects as well as supporting the French Authorities, Cerema would like to share a few considerations in relation with the initial policy measures proposed under the call for evidence.

Revision of EU rules to protect the marine environmentfiled 6 Mar 2026source

Cerema is supporting the maritime strategic planning. In France, it is embedding the implementation of both MSFD and the MSP Directive in a planning document with a broader scope of integrated management of sea and coast (close to Sustainable Ocean Planning - SOP). From this experience, we would like to derive some ideas for the evolution of MSFD.

Is this your organization?

Everything on this page comes from CEREMA’s own submissions to the European Commission — we have added nothing and interpreted nothing. If something is wrong or out of date, email info@policyspeak.com and we will correct it.
