CNMI welcomes the opportunity to provide comments to the draft implementing regulation adopted under Article 24 ESPR. This contribution sets out CNMIs main concerns and related recommendations regarding the disclosure obligation mandated by Article 24 ESPR and further detailed under the Implementing Regulation, taking into account and outlining the perspective of the Italian high-end fashion industry.
