Hi, I would suggest clarifying how exactly the implementation of DPP will be monitored by national / EU bodies. Ex. Who will do what / in which way / at which frequency / financed by whom / what's the penalty, etc. As we learned from previous practices, regulatory requirements will make sense only if a robust monitoring system will be put in place and will be properly financed.
