We strongly welcome the European Commission’s initiative to create a Circular Economy Act (CEA). Discontinuation of the European ODR Platformfiled 22 Dec 2023PDFsource

We would like to thank you for the opportunity to comment on the revision of the ADR framework. Online traders are already very customer-centred. In other words, they place customers at the centre of their efforts to provide the best possible service. Should complaints arise, traders have an interest in resolving them as quickly as possible and in a customer-friendly manner, and in many cases they are very culinary.
