Following the recovery plan, Bpifrance launched its Climate Action Plan in September 2020, with a focus on facilitating companies' transition through a comprehensive range of financing solutions, guarantees and advisory services. This includes extensive, hands-on outreach by customer advisors from our 51 regional offices, who are committed to providing tailored support to each company and project.
Feedback of the Inception Impact Assessment are the following: 1) We aim to implement an Institutionalised European Partnership, based on article 185 TFEU. We expect the leverage effect to be higher and a complementarity with EIC activities: for example, an interesting option would be that comparable EIC business support services are offered both to EIC and Eurostars SME beneficiaries.
