Bouygues Telecom read with interest the European Commission's White Paper entitled "How to master Europe's digital infrastructure needs", whose objectives it shares. We have two main comments to make. The Creative Europe programme is a major and important support for European production. It is an extraordinary asset for cultural diversity. This programme has clearly proved its worth.
