What they argued

Implementing rules on registering in and reporting to the register of producersfiled 13 Aug 2026source

The new EU directives (EPR & PPWR) represent a gross injustice. Until August 11, 2026, my company allowed me to support my family by selling a small number of shipments to the EU (only about 1 to 6 per country annually!). As of August 12, 2026, I was forced to halt sales. Chinese sellers, of course, continue trading with impunity.
