The Association of Municipalities Jämtland Härjedalen consists of eight member municipalities in the Swedish Arctic. Our geography is one of the most sparesly populated areas in Europe, and in a geopolitically strategic position between the port of Trondheim and the Bothnian Sea. The association welcomes the revision of the EU Arctic Policy at this time.
