Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 655 consultation files tracked so far (56,999 submissions, mostly 2021–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

Who they are

What they argued

Circular Economy Actfiled 5 Nov 2025PDFsource

The Circular Economy Act (CEA) presents a strategic opportunity for the European Union to reinforce its industrial base and assume global leadership in the circular economy. The textile sector, in particular, stands out as a waste stream with significant potential for the development of a robust European secondary raw materials market.

Biotech Act IIfiled 10 Jun 2026source

ARTE acknowledges the important role that bioeconomy-related solutions can play in supporting industrial decarbonisation and reducing dependence on fossil-based feedstocks, as acknowledged in the Strategy for a Competitive and Sustainable EU Bioeconomy.

Green-listing certain waste for the purposes of shipments to recovery between Member Statesfiled 15 Sept 2026PDFsource

We thank the European Commission for the opportunity to contribute to this public consultation and welcome the proposals inclusion of a new entry in Annex IIIA of Regulation (EU) 2024/1157 to allow intraEU shipments of mixtures of B3030 textile waste with footwear and accessories (hats, belts, etc.). We consider this change will facilitate shipments and support better management of these waste streams.
