Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 326 consultation files tracked so far (29,503 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.
Who they are
Among the 784 non-governmental organisations on this site, they rank #297 by legislative files engaged — a count of participation, not a measure of influence.

Their record over time
ARCHE NOAH filed 2 positions between 19 Dec 2023 and 14 Mar 2025, across 2 of the 326 legislative files tracked here, attaching a full position paper 1 time.
What they argued
As Arche Noah, we have been conserving and dynamically managing crop diversity since 1990. Today we have the responsibility to manage one of Europes biggest private collections of cultivated plants, maintaining about 5,500 accessions of mostly crops and crop wild relatives. As our primary aim is to conserve plant genetic resources, plant health is in our utmost interest.
