What they argued

Amending the NIS 2 Directive as regards simplification measures and alignment with the Cybersecurity Act 2filed 30 Apr 2025source

EU initiatives can create value for our companies and citizens but we need to streamline associated overhead. It would be highly appreciated if a central EU instance (e.g., ENISA) provides a single point of contact for all notifications required by any EU initiative like NIS2. Then, in the background this information is made available to any relevant national authority.

Evaluation of the Regulation 2019/515 on the Mutual Recognition of Goodsfiled 29 Jan 2024source

We welcome the initiative of the European Commission to evaluate Regulation 2019/515 on Mutual Recognition of approved goods lawfully marketed in another Member State. The Mutual Recognition Regulation (MRR) is a significant step forward in facilitating the free trade in the EU.

Is this your organization?

Everything on this page comes from ams OSRAM’s own submissions to the European Commission — we have added nothing and interpreted nothing. If something is wrong or out of date, email info@policyspeak.com and we will correct it. If you are an individual named in a record, our privacy policy sets out your rights to correction, objection and removal.

Quotes are verbatim from submissions published by the European Commission, trimmed to their opening passage and never summarized by a model. Organizations only, never individuals. Reused under Commission Decision 2011/833/EU; the European Commission is not liable for this reuse.
