Trade Union Pro agrees with the reply of the European Federation of Construction and Woodworkers (EFBWW) to the Commission’s consultation request on the Construction Services Act. However, in the opinion of the EFBWW, the trade union Pro wishes to highlight a number of issues of particular importance for Finnish construction workers: 1. Any measure that undermines safety at work cannot be acceptable.
