Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 665 consultation files tracked so far (57,774 submissions, mostly 2021–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

Their record over time
AllScreens filed 3 positions between 10 Mar 2025 and 11 Sept 2026, across 3 of the 665 legislative files tracked here, attaching a full position paper 3 times.
What they argued
On behalf of AllScreens, the national trade association in Germany representing some 50 film distribution companies, we emphasize the importance of maintaining the exemption of the film and audiovisual sector from the Geo-blocking Regulation. The ability to apply geo-blocking, allowing rightsholders to license rights on a territory-by-territory basis, remains crucial for businesses across Europeespecially SMEs.
AllScreens, the association of film distributors and audiovisual media, is closely following the discussions at European level on the possible opening and reform of the Audiovisual Media Services Directive (AVMSD). From the point of view of AllScreens, there is no need to open up or substantially revise the existing Directive.
