What they argued

Guidance on the application of the ‘do no significant harm’ principle under the 2028-2034 MFFfiled 1 Apr 2026PDFsource

We welcome the new approach to the DNSH principle and propose several solutions to improve its application: 1. Supplement the guidance with sector-specific annexes and an exclusion list. o Sectoral annexes should, as far as possible, take into account the Taxonomy Compass along with technical guidelines for the period 20212027 and Annex D to the Taxonomy.
