GeneratedDirective 92/118/EEC sets animal and public health requirements for trade in and imports of animal-origin products not covered by specific EU rules, including processed animal protein, gelatins, apiculture products and pathogens. It requires approved establishments, certificates and border checks. Member States had to transpose most provisions by 1 January 1994.
