Summary
GeneratedRegulation (EU) 2019/1239 establishes the European Maritime Single Window environment (EMSWe), requiring all ship reporting for port calls to be submitted once electronically via national single windows. It applies from 15 August 2025, replacing Directive 2010/65/EU. Affects ship operators, declarants, and Member State authorities. The Commission reviews its application by 15 August 2027.
