Summary
GeneratedRegulation (EU) 2019/2033 sets uniform prudential requirements for investment firms, covering own funds, concentration risk, liquidity, reporting and disclosure. It applies since 26 June 2021. Large firms meeting the EUR 15 billion asset threshold fall under the CRR regime instead. The act is in force and binding in all Member States.
