Summary
GeneratedRegulation (EU) 2018/956 requires Member States and manufacturers to monitor and report CO2 emissions and fuel consumption of new heavy-duty vehicles registered in the EU, covering categories M1, M2, N1, N2 over 2,610 kg, M3, N3, O3, and O4. Member States report annually by September 30, starting 2020, with data from the previous July–June period.
