Summary
GeneratedRegulation (EU) 2019/2152 (FRIBS) establishes a common legal framework for European business statistics and the European framework for statistical business registers, repealing 10 prior acts. It applies from 1 January 2021, with provisions on tax/customs data access and intra-Union trade data exchange applying from 1 January 2022.
