Summary
GeneratedRegulation (EU) 2024/823 codifies exceptional trade measures granting duty-free, quota-free access to EU markets for products from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia. It applies until 31 December 2030. The Commission may suspend benefits for non-compliance with origin rules, cooperation, or human rights conditions. Amended by Regulation (EU) 2025/2014.
