Summary
GeneratedRegulation (EU) 2023/1230 sets health and safety requirements for machinery, related products, and partly completed machinery, replacing Directive 2006/42/EC. It applies from 20 January 2027, with earlier application for notified body provisions. Manufacturers must meet essential requirements, conduct conformity assessment, and affix CE marking.
