GeneratedRegulation (EU) 2021/954 extends the EU Digital COVID Certificate framework to third-country nationals legally staying or residing in Member States, applying the same rules as Regulation (EU) 2021/953. It has applied since 1 July 2021 and remains in force as long as the underlying regulation applies. The act also provides for acceptance of Irish certificates under specified conditions.
