Summary
GeneratedThe EU Pay Transparency Directive requires employers to report pay gaps by gender, grant workers access to pay information, and conduct joint pay assessments where gaps exceed thresholds. It applies to all public and private employers in the EU. In force since May 2023, member states have three years to transpose it into national law.
