Summary
GeneratedThe Platform-to-Business Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 requires online intermediation services and search engines to give business users transparent terms, ranking and data-access disclosures, plus complaint-handling and mediation. It applies from 12 July 2020 to providers serving EU-established business users. Small enterprises are exempt from the complaint-handling and mediation duties.
